[ IRON INDEX · Ramiz ]

Organic growth
systems for
early stage startups.

Iron Index is led by Ramiz, a solo-operator, SEO expert and AI systems builder. SEO retainers and research reports for early and growth-stage companies that need organic traffic, AI visibility, and execution without agency drag.

// how i think about it

Systems beat tactics. Operators beat headcount.

Four tenets Iron Index runs on. They're also the filter for whether an engagement will work.

01 · Systems > tactics

Build the machine, then feed it.

A repeatable production system matched to your data beats a content calendar every time. Tactics expire. Systems compound.

02 · Compound > delivery

Outputs that keep working after the invoice stops.

The measure of an engagement isn't how many pages shipped. It's how much of the pipeline still runs after I'm out of the seat.

03 · Operator > headcount

One experienced person, amplified by agents.

Clustering, briefs, drafts, schema, QA. All machine work now. What's left is the judgment: which bets to place, which pages to kill, what to say that nobody else is saying.

04 · Honest > optimistic

Kill the slop. Ship what compounds.

A smaller library of pages with real search demand beats 10,000 programmatic shells that get nuked on the next update. Integrity is a ranking factor.

// services

Two offerings. That's on purpose.

Pick the one that fits where you are. No tiers, no bundles, no add-ons.

01 · Retainer · Fractional SEO leadership Monthly retainer · selective intake

Sit inside your team as the organic growth lead.

Not a monthly package of deliverables. Fractional leadership. Owning the organic channel end to end, with a stack of agents doing the mechanical work so one embedded lead can do what a team of eight usually does. Direct access, weekly cadence, shipped output.

What that covers
  • Programmatic page systemsProduction systems that scale to thousands of pages, indexed and defensible.
  • AI visibility strategyChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews. Monitored, optimized, tracked against competitors.
  • Editorial engineBriefs, drafts, edits, publishing cadence. A content machine, not a content calendar.
  • Technical SEO ownershipIndexation, crawl budget, core web vitals, schema, internal link graph.
  • Agent stack deploymentInternal tools your team keeps using after the engagement ends.
  • Team enablementWriters, engineers, and PMs leveled up with the workflow and prompts.
  • Competitive intelligenceWho's winning your queries, why, and what to do about it.
  • Weekly readoutPlain English note: what moved, what didn't, what's shipping next week.
02 · Report · Paid research and audit By engagement · 3 to 4 weeks

A standalone, honest read on your organic channel.

For founders who want the truth before committing to anyone. A paid deliverable, no retainer attached. A bound report, walked through live, acted on by whoever you want. Treat it like a product you're buying, not a sales call.

What you get
  • State of the channelWhere traffic comes from, what it does, where it leaks.
  • AI visibility auditHow often your brand surfaces in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews vs competitors.
  • Programmatic opportunity mapWhere production driven pages would win. Sized, scoped, ranked.
  • Competitive teardownTop 5 competitors, what's working, what to copy, what to ignore.
  • Technical auditPrioritized blocker list with fix complexity and expected impact.
  • 12 month blueprintExact roadmap. What to build, in what order, who's accountable.
  • Agent stack recommendationsWhich agents and tools would 10× your in house team.
  • 90 minute walk throughLive, recorded. Bring the team. Ask anything.
// who this is for

Built for venture backed teams building things that matter.

This tends to work best when the company already has a pulse: a real product, a real market, and a founder who wants organic growth treated like infrastructure.

Seed to Series B

Product is working. Now distribution needs to catch up. Organic should be pulling real demand, not vanity traffic.

Venture backed

Capitalized to invest in durable channels. A practitioner, not another vendor, is what you actually need.

Mission driven founders

Building something that should exist. The kind of company where organic growth compounds because the story is real.

Sophisticated on strategy

You want a thinking partner who ships, not a deck presenter. Weekly cadence, direct access, no handoffs.

// about

A decade in SEO. Now building Iron Index as a solo-operator.

I'm Ramiz Islamovic, and I've spent ten years leading organic growth. In-house at companies, agency settings, building systems that had to work without a safety net across different competitive industries.

What I kept running into: founders who needed a real operator, not an agency relationship. Someone who understood that SEO isn't a service line. It's a compounding asset that either gets built right or gets rebuilt constantly.

Iron Index is a different bet. One operator, purpose-built tools, and a working thesis: that a single person with the right stack can outperform a team with the wrong incentives.
